TAKE 2: Intermediate takes you from script to screen. Each week, you will gain real world experience taught by professionals who do this every day. Two teams will each write one script and then hand it off to the other team to produce and direct. In post-production, the teams will hand back the project for the other team to finish. Often in the world of film and television, you need to be prepared every step of the way. By handing your project over, you need to ensure that your film shoot is very organized from the beginning and TAKE 2 will give you the skills to make that happen!
BONUS FEATURES:
- Free admission to the 2015 Master Classes
- Final film screened at the Factory Media Centre
- 10% off TAKE 3 sign-up
- All members get into FACTORY TALKS for free
INTERESTING FACTS
- Many workshops focus on the technical and creative aspects of filmmaking. TAKE 2 brings you into the real world of filmmaking where you aren’t always the person who will finish your film. Organization and communication are big elements that will help determine the outcome of your film when it is in the hands of someone else.
- Our instructors have worked in the film / television industry and are active in the local filmmaking community.
- Many workshop participants of the Factory Media Centre have gone on to create their own works and have remained active at the Factory Media Centre, and in the local filmmaking community.
