Our Annual Members’ Screening is back! Submit your work to have it be shown to your fellow members, and get the opportunity to see what they have been working on as well. This is also a great time to meet our FMC community, members and board included! We are accepting video works, audio works, and video documentation of installations or performances to be exhibited to the Hamilton community, so make sure to submit your work by December 10, 2023 at 11:59pm!
Eligibility and Submission Guidelines
- You must be a current member of Factory Media Centre to submit. We always welcome new members! If you wish to join or renew your membership, click here or contact Alex at info@factorymediacentre.ca.
- Each member may submit up to 2 pieces. In the event that we receive a large number of submissions, we may need to limit the works included in the live watch party to reduce the duration of the overall program. Your first submission will be 1st priority.
- We are accepting audio, film, video, and documented performance works.
- Pieces may not exceed 10 minutes in length when combined, including credits (whether video or audio). Members are welcome to submit excerpts of longer works.
- Please keep your file sizes to 2GB or smaller (video), and 500MB or smaller (audio).
- Please only submit work that is ready to be shown.
- Submissions should be independent projects, where you retain complete creative and artistic control of the project. Do not submit projects you do not have the right to exhibit.
