Factory Media Centre is accepting exhibition proposals from media and experimental film artists for our 2024 programming calendar!

We welcome exhibition proposals from artists in all levels of their careers. In line with our mission, we prioritize applicants from Hamilton, ON, however we encourage submissions from artists across Canada and abroad.
Eligibility
- Emerging, mid-career, or established artists (or artist teams)
- Artists from across Canada and abroad are welcome to apply, but we are prioritizing applicants from Hamilton, Ontario
- Must be a member of Factory Media Centre (Click here to learn more about becoming a member)
Details
- We pay artist fees consistent with the CARFAC Small Space Rate
- Exhibitions in our gallery space typically run for 4 weeks unless otherwise determined by our Programming Committee
- Accepted proposals would allow access to our equipment library for exhibition presentation purposes
Adjudication
- Selections will be made by the members of the FMC’s Programming Committee along with two guest adjudicators from the Hamilton arts community
- Selected artists will by notified by January 2024
